Very disappointed with how my product arrived. It was shipped in a large, flimsy outer box labeled as a “discreet box,” with very little protective packaging inside. When I removed the machine from the outer box, the actual Nespresso box was already damaged. Unfortunately, the machine itself has a small crack, which takes away from the sleek, classy look I was going for. That said, after two days of use, the machine itself has been working well. I’ve been a Nespresso fan for about a year but never had my own setup until now. It comes with a small variety pack, which is nice if you want to sample different pods. I’m more of an espresso drinker, so I personally wasn’t a fan of the coffee pods, but that’s just preference. The machine is relatively quiet, heats up quickly, and performs well overall. Despite the packaging issues, I would still recommend the product itself if you’re looking for a coffee and espresso machine.

If you are a coffee connoisseur then the Nespresso is for you! I never dreamed you could have barista quality coffee from a Nespresso cup but this little machine makes a Keurig look like child’s play. I absolutely love my Nespresso and the pods are top quality is flavor and ease of use. Each pod has a bar code that tells the machine what to do for a perfect roast!
